You know they say it’s good luck if you get rain on your wedding day… Well Karlee + Bryan have all the luck right as they had their first kiss as husband and wife!
We knew that there was weather rolling in but it wasn’t supposed to come in till 8pm or so. Well, God had other plans and just as the precessional started, the thunder and lightening started to make it’s self known. It’s crazy how quickly it got dark but this was not going to stop Karlee + Bryan from having the ceremony of their dreams! It was absolutely so beautifully decorated at the Springs in Waxahachie. This is my favorite ceremony site at this location. The open sky and trees all around make such a whimsical wedding day.
Since the clouds decided to cut loose, we were able to do all of our family portraits inside. By the time we finishing up, the rain had stopped and we were able to go out and take some portraits outside. It was perfect!
The reception was filled with lavender and lemon. Don’t you just love this color combination?! No sunshine was needed to make this day wonderful for Karlee + Bryan! Their family and friends celebrated them well. Karlee + Bryan are high school sweethearts and their friends toasts suggest that they are without a doubt, so great together. Congratulations to Karlee + Bryan! We know that you guys have so many more wonderful years ahead.
