We could not have asked for nicer weather for Junee + Grant’s Engagement session in Fort Worth. There are lots and lots of things to do and see at the Ft Worth Stockyards but I have to say this is my favorite spot. Not only is it beautifully filled with cactus and trees, but groups go by all the time riding horses. It is so cool to see them up close! We even got to see one dancing. It was pretty awesome!
Junee + Grant have a way with putting a smile on your face. Philip and I loved getting to know them and feel honored to be a part of their wedding day journey! Check out a few of my favorites as well as learn a little about them!
“We met on Bumble and I almost swiped left on him, because he had sunglasses on and I unreasonably distrusted profiles where I couldn’t see people’s eyes. They say eyes are window to the soul, right? Haha but there was also a very cute lab in the photo, so I decided to give it a try. Not to mention we had similar beliefs listed!”
Their Proposal Story!
“He told me it was a family tradition to take Christmas photos in front of the gazebos they’ve built, and how he wanted to take our first Christmas picture in front of the new gazebo we had helped his family built over the summer. Of course I said yes, and as his sister is taking our photo, Grant got on one knee and said “We built this gazebo together and I’d like to build a future with you too.”
The Perfect Date Night!
“Going to an event/experience something new (most recently a symphony!) and getting some good food afterwards!”
An interesting fact: “We’re both left handed!”
Any advice for other couples getting engagement photos taken?
Yes, hire Cindy and Philip!!! Best wedding related decision we’ve made aside from wanting to marry each other! 🙂
It won’t be long until we see Junee + Grant again! July will be here soon!
