KERRY + WYATT | A Hidden Waters Wedding

Kerry + Wyatt’s wedding day at Hidden Waters in Waxahachie started out with the sunrise! It was a beautiful partly sunny Saturday morning when we arrived. It was a great way to start the day!

It wasn’t very long after we arrived that it was time for Kerry to put on her dress. And this dress was made for her! Then we were off to the first look just right outside the entrance doors. This spot was OH so perfect! Getting to capture this emotional moment while being hidden is just what we love as photographers for a first look. But what we love even more is the raw emotion and sheer happiness that a first look brings.

The ceremony was originally supposed to be under the big trees just outside of the reception space but as you know, Texas decided that it wanted to rain for two weeks straight! Luckily, Hidden Waters has a backup plan in place for just this situation. It was just as beautiful inside as it is out! The large doors and windows are a beautiful backdrop for a ceremony! So thankful that the rain held off for us to take so many beautiful photos for Kerry + Wyatt’s first day together as a married couple!

Kerry + Wyatt planned a whimsical brunch themed wedding and it was delightful! It was a first for us and I have to say, I like it! Everyone was sipping cocktails and enjoying all the brunchy goodness! Of course there was dancing and a special surprise to Wyatt, Kerry sang “Can’t help falling in love” to her new husband. Such a sweet moment!
