Megan + Carter traveled a distance for our session on Saturday! Normally our engagement sessions are during the week but I was glad we were able to work out a Saturday for them! I first met Megan and her mom a few months back when they were touring venues. They were coming all the way from Midland and were having a Mom/daughter wedding planning weekend!
We met Megan + Carter at Arbor Hills in Plano on a July Saturday afternoon! There was plenty of shade for us and it was perfect! I love Arbor Hills in the Summer. What a perfect day and location just for them! Carter is currently in Lubbock and is a football coach and Megan is a speech pathologist! I loved getting to hear what their passions are and where they see each other in the future!

HOW DID YOU TWO MEET?
A couple of mutual friends in college introduced us. It took him forever to ask me on date, but he finally did and we’ve been together ever since.

We’re both super excited to just be married and get to live in the same place again.

Under a gazebo by a little pond in Midland. He’s not good at secrets so I knew what was happening 🙂

We love just going to dinner and going to see a movie.

We have never been able to surprise each other. When we get each other presents, we’re too excited so we just give them to the other right away.
