Natalie + Andrew’s wedding day started at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in downtown Dallas. I knew the day was going to be AMAZING when I walked into the horizon suite and ALL the girls greeted me with huge smiles, waves, and Hey’s!!! I tell you what, that made my day! There could not have been a nicer, sweeter, group of girls! And we can’t forget her mom!! Loving the hugs that they shared together. Natalie is blessed for sure! The guys were just as nice and were already looking sharp when I arrived to their room. It wasn’t long before it was time to head to the Texas Discovery Gardens at Fair Park for their first look and ceremony!
This was my first trip to the Texas Discovery Gardens and it did not disappoint! I could have spent HOURS with Natalie + Andrew but I suppose they wanted to get married and such. Haha! I was so happy when they told me they wanted to do a first look. This gave us the opportunity to walk around the gardens and have more portrait time! You know that’s my favorite! : ) Oh and while I was taking portraits, I notice that I recognize someone standing beside me. It was one of my brides! It was such a lovely surprise! Such a small world right?!
Don’t you just LOVE an outdoor ceremony?! It was such a perfect setting! As you know, the vows are one of the moments that bring such emotion. They each read their vows to each other and it brought a few happy tears. What a wonderful feeling to know that you are loved and will be loved for a lifetime.
Now it’s time to celebrate! The reception was on a rooftop at the El Fenix Downtown and the views were spectacular! I love love love the table settings and these flowers! Occasions Event Designs did a phenomenal job! After a little time, the bride and groom arrived with their bridal party. The room was packed with all of their friends and family and it was clear how much they are loved and cared for. I can’t get over how many laughs and smiles I saw throughout the night.
