RACHEL + JOSHUA | Waxahachie Golf Club Wedding

Summer is in FULL swing and it was a wonderful day for a wedding celebration! The ceremony was at Bethel Church in the outskirts of Waxahachie. It is such a beautiful Church inside and out! Rachel + Josh’s first look was under a very large tree just to the side of the church. I always get so touched at the emotion behind the first look. Soon after, it was time for the ceremony and lots of sweet moments leading up to saying I do and a kiss! Now it was time to head to the reception at the Waxahachie Golf Club!

Rachel’s siblings had such a fun thing planned for their toast. They gave Joshua a certificate of approval to marry their sister! This was such a cute and sweet idea and I know that this means so much to them both. You have to see it!

There were so many special, personal touches to this reception like Rachel’s mom making their cakes. Also, Rachel’s veil was her mothers when she got married! I LOVE THAT! And bonus, it was a long veil with lace and you know those are my favorite! 🙂

I was so thankful that the club allowed us to use golf carts to go to the greens and take portraits with the bride and groom! Philip of course handed me the keys cause he knows how much I like driving a golf cart. Haha!

We had such a great time getting to know their families and being a part of Rachel + Joshua’s first day of being a married couple. We know that so many great things are in their future!
