SARAH + TRIPP | White Rock Lake Dallas Engagement

One of the many things I love about engagement sessions is, it gives us time to really get to know each other. We get to hang out, laugh, walk around and honestly, have fun! When Philip and I arrive at an engagement location, as soon as I get out of the car, I’m giddy! Learning more about people and relationships is just as important as beautiful photos!

Sarah + Tripp met us at one of the docks at White Rock Lake in Dallas Texas last Sunday for their engagement session. It was raining like crazy earlier that morning but thank goodness, the rain stopped for our session! Yay! Perfect! Another great day for photos!

Sarah and I first starting talking about wedding photography details on New Year’s Eve! I had to admit to her that Philip and I had no crazy plans but we were planning on renting a movie and hanging out on the couch! Does that make me old? After a few short weeks, we were official! And now here we are with their engagement session post! I love it!

They really know how to care and lean on each other. There was such a sense of comfort and love that there is no way for it not to put you in the best mood! The first time I asked them to kiss, Tripp very audibly said…. OK! He wasn’t going to miss an opportunity to kiss his fiance. Isn’t that sweet?!
