The Brooks at Weatherford is one of our most favorite venues! It had just rained like crazy the past two days and lucky for us, the sun was shinning and the clouds opened up just for Yvonne and Andy. We knew right away that this was going to be a great day for these two.
Yvonne and Andy’s daughter’s and son’s were their wedding party and of course we can’t forget Yvonne’s grandson! I know how special that must be to stand next to your family and see just how much joy is in their lives.
They had their first look just outside of the reception doors and I just love all of the greenery and stone. It is one of the things we love about this place. It feels like it wasn’t that long ago that we had their engagement session and now here we are at their wedding! The ceremony was beautiful preformed by a mentor of Andy’s. The wind was blowing and so much sunshine pouring into this open aired chapel made their ceremony pretty magical.
The reception was kicked off by their first dance and a prayer by Andy. So many participated in the Anniversary dance and Andy’s parents were the winners! Being married over 60 years is such an accomplishment!
Everyone visited, hugged, and lots of fun was had by all. It was a great day all in all and now, Yvonne + Andy are celebrating their first week of marriage on their honeymoon! Congrats to Yvonne + Andy! Enjoy a few of our favorite moments!
