Merry Christmas Everyone! It’s so close now and I’m not going to lie, we just now put up our tree! And ordered most of the gifts. Not sure why we waited until the last minute this year but hey, it’s 2020! : ) Am I the only one who is running a little behind this year??
Texas Christmas Love is the perfect way to describe Laurel + Austin’s beautiful December wedding in Decatur at the Big White Barn! This location has one of my all time favorite Bridal Suites! Love all the natural light that spills in through the balcony doors! And while I was hangin with the girls, Philip was learning about a very special bottle of 30 year Single Malt Scotch Whisky that was opened for this VERY special occasion! Cheers to a great day and an amazing marriage!
Before long, it was time for Laurel + Austin’s first look on porch. It is one of my favorite moments of the day because it is the first time that they get to see each other and take time just for the two of them. Then we are off for a few photos! One photo in particular was very important to them. We recreated a photo of Austin’s parents in front of his very beautiful Camero! Love this special moment and tribute to his Dad.
Their ceremony was under a beautiful awning with a spectacular view! This was also were they shared a private first dance before their grand entrance into their reception. This reception was filled with hugs laughs and catching up. Love it all! Not only did they have a fabulous reception, but a group of close friends stayed and hung out chatting out by a fire pit. Perfect end to a perfect celebration of Laurel + Austin! Congrats again guys!
