Walking into the bridal suit, I set my things down and starting looking around for Morgan. I saw someone in a white robe with their back toward me getting make up started. My stomach dropped at this point because this bride had BLONDE HAIR!!! I had every wedding vendor’s nightmare playing in my head… was I at the wrong venue?!?! But there is no way that could be, I do so many checks and balances and I double and triple verify all the addresses and locations with the bride weeks and sometimes months before the wedding day. Luckily at this point, she turned around and said, “Hi Cindy!” Ah it WAS Morgan! I confessed my confusion and she was like, yeah I went blonde! (The last time I saw Morgan, it was a much darker brown.) Phew, I can breathe again. Haha!
And now on to the details! I LOVE it when the florist has extra florals for us to use! When I can add these to the detail shots with the invitation, MAN, I am in love!
The ceremony was beautiful! Philip and I have had the opportunity to shoot at Hidden Waters lots of times but this was our first ceremony at this alter! If you follow along our blog, you’ll see most of the ceremony’s we have shot at Hidden Waters have been under the very large trees toward the back of the venue. Which I do love as well! But with it being October, this location under the open sky was perfect! So much beautiful sunlight coming in. I have to say, I really loved it!
Lots of time for portraits with this sweet couple (you know how happy that makes me) then it was time to start celebrating!
Morgan + Daniel’s friends and family laughed, danced, toasted, got “iced”, and enjoyed all the time spent with each other! Morgan and Daniel shared a last dance surrounded by all the people they love before they made their way through their sparkler exit!
Morgan + Daniel did it! They are married! Send them a big congratulations!
