MEET CINDY

After arriving to the Westin Hotel in Downtown Dallas, we took the elevator to the 32 floor where the reception was being held. As soon as the elevator doors opened, the scent of florals greeted us! Crazy because we still had to walk down a hall to get to the room. We were absolutely blown away at all of the beautiful white lillies, calililies and roses. Once we got settled in, Philip and I each headed to the bride and groom’s suites.

Sasha was just finishing up make up and was all smiles! Sometimes hotel rooms can be a bit dark but not this one! There was so much natural light spilling in, it was perfect! The guys had their own suite of course and oh my goodness, Philip was telling me how much fun these guys were having!

After everyone was ready, we hopped on their private shuttle and headed to the Church. A very comfy ride then we were off for a few photos. The ceremony was lovely and even though we had to stay in one spot since the Church had a few rules, we were able to get SO many great photos! (Philip and I are total rule followers, I know… lame. ha!) This was one of the most photogenic Church’s I have ever shot it! Can’t wait for you to see them! And HOORAY for a beautiful courtyard which made for some fantastic portraits! They are soooo dreamy!

Crazy how fast wedding days go, we were back on the shuttle to the hotel! I am SO happy that Sasha + Bowen wanted to do a few city shots before heading in to the hotel! It was totally worth the extra 10 minutes!

If you know me, you know how much I love hearing the toasts. I like all the feels. I have to say too, this may be my all time favorite Father of the Bride toast! A wonderful mix of laughter and love makes for the best toasts! And I’ll tell you what, this reception was on fire! Seems like EVERYONE was on the dance floor! What a fantastic time had by all! Congrats to Sasha + Bowen!
